These terms cover your use of Broadcast Desk. By creating an account you agree to them.
Broadcast Desk composes a post once and publishes it to the social accounts you connect, through those platforms' official APIs.
You may only connect social accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You keep ownership of everything you publish. You grant us permission to transmit that content to the platforms you select, for as long as needed to publish it.
You must follow the terms and policies of every platform you publish to, including Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards and X's Developer Agreement. You must not use this service to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or infringing, and you must not use it to send unsolicited bulk or automated spam.
We may suspend an account that breaches these rules or that puts our platform access at risk.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Publishing depends on third-party APIs that can rate-limit, change or fail; we are not responsible for a platform rejecting or removing your content.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings; that removes your workspaces, connected accounts and content. We may terminate an account for a material breach of these terms.
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue or data.
We may update these terms; we will post the new date above and notify you in the app before material changes take effect.
