Data Deletion

Last updated 22 October 2026

Here is how to delete the data Broadcast Desk holds about you, and exactly what gets removed.

Option 1 — delete your account

Sign in, open Settings → Delete account, and confirm with your password. This immediately:

Workspaces you share with other people are not deleted — you are removed from them instead.

Option 2 — disconnect a single account

Open the Accounts screen and choose Disconnect. We revoke the grant at the platform and delete the credentials we stored for that account.

Option 3 — remove the app from Facebook

Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Broadcast Desk, and choose Remove. Choosing the data deletion option there sends us an automated request, and we delete the data associated with your Facebook user ID and return a confirmation code you can use to check the status.

Option 4 — email us

Write to [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We complete the request within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we keep

Nothing personal. Once a deletion completes, the only records that remain are non-identifying server logs kept briefly for security and abuse investigation.
